  • Product Descriptions: Our luxury prints are crafted to the highest standards. Colors and details may vary slightly due to screen displays or production processes.

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We offer free shipping worldwide, with taxes and duties included. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion and will notify you promptly.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject it for any reason (e.g., stock availability, pricing errors). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted and processed. Orders are fulfilled through our global print partner network, typically within 1-4 business days (most within 48 hours).

  • Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order before production begins by emailing info@textureworlds.com. Once production starts (typically within hours of order placement), cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our prints. See our Returns Policy for post-delivery options. We reserve the right to cancel unproduced orders at our discretion.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely at checkout via Stripe, accepting major credit/debit cards and digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, where available). You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the total amount, including taxes and duties we cover as part of our free shipping policy. We do not store full payment details; these are managed by Stripe per their security standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, designs, and text, is owned by TextureWorlds.com or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Luxury prints purchased are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works of our prints or Site content without our express written consent. Violation of this section may result in legal action to protect our rights.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We partner with a global network to produce and ship your luxury prints. Production typically takes 1-4 business days (most within 48 hours), with delivery ranging from 2-10 days depending on location—all shipped free worldwide with taxes and duties included. 6. Returns and Refunds

Our prints are custom-made, so we do not accept returns for unwanted items. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@textureworlds.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to provide return instructions. Replacements will be issued after we receive and verify the return, typically within 7-14 days. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TextureWorlds.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress) arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We’re not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as shipping delays, production errors by our partners, or customs delays (though duties are covered).

The Site and our products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by law (e.g., merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
