Tracking your order with TextureWorlds is simple and efficient. From the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, we keep you informed every step of the way.

Order Confirmation

Email Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email with your order details, order number, and a summary of the items purchased.

Tracking Information: When your order ships, you’ll get a second email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment.

Accessing Tracking Information

Via Email: Use the tracking link in the shipping notification email to track your order in real-time.

Via Your Account: Log in to your TextureWorlds account and go to the "Order History" section to view tracking details for current and past orders.

Understanding Order Status

Processing: Your order has been received and is being printed and reviewed for quality (typically 1–5 business days).
Shipped: Your order has left our fulfillment center and is on its way, with a tracking number provided.
Delivered: Your order has reached the address you provided.
On Hold: There’s an issue (e.g., payment failure, stock issue). Contact us at info@textureworlds.com for help.

What to Do If You Haven’t Received a Tracking Number

  • Check Your Spam Folder: Emails might land in spam or junk.

  • Log in to Your Account: Check "Order History" for updates.

  • Contact Us: If it’s been more than 5 business days without tracking, email info@textureworlds.com with your order number.

Tracking Your Shipment

Carrier Websites: Use the tracking link or visit the carrier’s site and enter your number manually.
Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and shipping speed. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery windows.

Handling Delivery Issues

Contact the Carrier: Check the carrier’s site for status updates and resolve minor issues (e.g., missed delivery) directly with them.

Shipping Methods

Free Shipping Worldwide: We cover all shipping costs, dispatching orders via reputable carriers from fulfillment centers in the UK, USA, and Germany.

Delivery Times

  • United States: Typically 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: Typically 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of World: Typically 4–7 business days after dispatch
    Orders are printed and reviewed before dispatch, which takes 1–5 business days depending on the print and order volume.

Customs and Duties

We work with fulfillment partners that produce and ship your prints locally whenever possible, helping minimize customs delays and import fees.
However, customs and duties are handled by the carrier in your country, and may vary depending on local regulations. In most cases, additional charges are rare — but if they do occur, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch Times

Orders are printed and reviewed before shipping, typically within 1–5 business days. This timeline may extend slightly during peak periods or holidays.

We want you to love your luxury prints. Our returns process is handled through our fulfillment partner and focuses on damaged, defective, or delayed orders. See our full Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect prints

  • Significant delays (at our discretion, excluding normal shipping/customs delays)

  • General dissatisfaction — we’ll work with you to resolve the issue through refund, replacement, or credit

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, undamaged custom prints.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email info@textureworlds.com within 30 days with your order number, issue description, and photos (for damage/defects).

  • Instructions: We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with approval and return instructions.

Shipping

  • Approved Returns: For damaged, defective, delayed, or unsatisfactory items, we cover return shipping.

  • Unauthorized Returns: These are not accepted and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Processing: Refunds take 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item, issued via your original payment method (Stripe).
Fulfillment Costs: For refunds unrelated to defects/delays, fulfillment and shipping costs may not be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items at no cost if available. Exchanges for other reasons are not guaranteed due to the custom nature of our prints.

Damaged or Defective Items

Process: Contact us with details and photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund after inspection (return may be required at our cost).

Returning a Gift

Email info@textureworlds.com with the order number. We’ll guide you through the process for damage/defect cases only.

Viewing Your Order History

  • Account Access: Log in, go to "Order History," and view past orders with details and tracking.

Editing or Cancelling an Order

  • Before Shipment: Email info@textureworlds.com ASAP to edit/cancel. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible (see Returns).

  • Adding Items: Contact us to adjust pre-shipped orders or place a new one.

Changing Your Shipping Address

  • Before Shipment: Email us immediately to update. Post-shipment, contact the carrier (changes not guaranteed).

Combining Orders

  • Before Shipment: Email us to combine multiple orders. No shipping cost refunds apply since shipping is free.

Order Status Notifications

  • Email: Get updates on confirmation, shipping, and delivery with tracking details.

  • Account: Opt for dashboard notifications if logged in.
