This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines our approach to handling returns, replacements, and refunds with transparency and ease. Please review it before placing your order.
1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your print. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window from delivery to request a refund, replacement, or store credit — whether due to damage, defect, or dissatisfaction.
Please note: Custom artwork and gift cards are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
2. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We offer full support in the following cases:
Damaged: Prints arrive physically compromised (e.g., torn, creased, bent)
Defective: Production flaws occur (e.g., misprinted, wrong colors, artifacting)
Incorrect: You receive an item different from what you ordered
Dissatisfied: You’re genuinely unhappy with your print for any reason within 30 days
Returns for “change of mind” or minor shipping delays are typically not accepted, but we evaluate concerns individually and aim to provide thoughtful resolutions.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Email us at info@textureworlds.com with the following:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue (damage, defect, or other concern)
Clear photos of the print and packaging (required for damage or defect claims)
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Once your request is approved:
Replacements: If available, we’ll ship a new print at no cost, typically within 1–5 business days
Refunds: If a replacement isn’t possible or preferred, we’ll refund your original payment method (via Stripe) within 7–14 business days
All requests are processed with care and discretion. If an item needs to be returned to us, we’ll provide instructions and cover the return shipping.
5. Return Window
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
For untracked shipments, this window begins on the estimated delivery date shown at checkout.
6. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Prints: We cover the cost of return shipping (if required) and replacement shipping
For General Dissatisfaction: No returns are typically required. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through refund or store credit
Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without approval are not eligible for refund or exchange
7. Customs and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees on both original shipments and replacements, where applicable.
Our fulfillment partners aim to print locally to help minimize these charges, but they cannot always be avoided.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments in Transit
If your order is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, email us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve it promptly.
