We partner with a global network of elite artisans to fulfill your orders, and this Returns and Refunds Policy outlines our approach to handling returns, replacements, or refunds. 1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns or replacements only in these cases:

  • Damaged: Prints arrive physically compromised (e.g., torn, creased).

  • Defective: Production flaws occur (e.g., misprinted, incorrect colors).

  • Incorrect: You receive an item different from your order.
    Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, minor delivery delays, or significantly delayed shipments beyond our control (e.g., carrier or customs delays). Eligibility is at our discretion.

2. Return Window

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement request. For untracked shipments, this starts from the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue (damage, defect, incorrect item).

  • Clear photos of the problem (required for damage/defects).
    We’ll respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.

  • For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you, shipped free. If a replacement isn’t available or we require the item back, we’ll provide a return address and cover return shipping. A refund may be issued if no replacement is feasible, processed after receipt, typically within 7-14 business days.

  • For Other Reasons: We do not offer refunds or replacements for unapproved reasons (e.g., change of mind). Contact us with concerns, and we’ll assist where possible.

4. Refunds and Replacements

  • Inspection: Returned items are inspected by us or our partner within 5-7 business days of receipt.

  • Options:

    • Replacement: If available, a new print ships free of charge, typically within 1-4 business days of approval.

    • Refund: If a replacement isn’t possible or appropriate, we’ll refund your original payment method (via Stripe) within 7-14 business days of approval.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Orders not returned per this policy or outside the 14-day window are ineligible.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect: We cover return shipping if we request the item back and provide free shipping for replacements.

  • Other Returns: If you return an item for unapproved reasons, you’re responsible for shipping costs, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
